The new stacker ES600DCI-D guarantees a trouble free and stable transfer of hot glassware into the annealing lehr.

Thanks to the high capacity data processing of the new ES600DCI-D controls the well proven INMARA concept of smooth movements which always applied to the longitudinal and transversal movement now applies to the lift axis as well, to smooth the stacking process further. All points of the motion can be viewed at the control panel located on the stacker and can be fine-tuned even while the machine is running.

To optimize the speeds and obtain smooth movements even for short and fast cycles it is necessary to do some programming work. However to keep the customers effort to a minimum the new software combined with the new easy readable display offers a variety of features which makes the programming very easy.
